What to have ready when you call
- The postcode, the type of building and roughly when it was built
- Why you need it — a sale, a purchase, a remortgage, a lender or surveyor request
- For commercial and industrial sites: approximate floor area and any drawings or scope of works
- Any deadlines — exchange date, contractor start date, programme milestones
